As this year in comes to a close and we reflect on our year in business, you all have carried us with so much impact, and unwavering love.
Thank youuuuuuu all for a wonderful year of so much love and support!🎉🥰
This year has been a beautiful yet WILD ride!
We wanted to bow out of every nomination because, we knew we were running on empty and honestly, if we don't win any more awards we have already won enough!
Your loyalty has been our greatest award.🥹Winning this award is a testament to the community standing behind us. This one holds more weight than any other award because with our over booked schedules we failed to even publish our nomination, or even vote for ourselves.
Yet, you all showed up anyway. This win revealed loyalty bigger than our social media platform, It showed us the strength of our supporters beyond our social media and this is what we call favor.
From day one, we’ve taken pride in representing a "different lane". 🌱🐟
Every interview, magazine article, nomination, and every award, stems from our supporter’s authentic love of us being bold enough to create and maintain something unique proving year after year that our tacos can be inclusive, creative, and incredible. We promise to continue bringing heart, flavor, and originality, and we KNOW our supporters will keep showing up when we reopen.❤️

‼️👷🏾Announcement of restructure:👷🏾‍♀️‼️
To everyone who has supported us in any way, thank you. Your encouragement, loyalty, and belief in Vego Taco have made these past four years incredibly meaningful.❤️

What many may not realize is that much of this year brought significant challenges behind the scenes. Balancing the demands of operating the truck, launching new projects, and managing very full personal schedules was not easy.
Still, grace carried us through, and your continued support sustained us in ways we cannot fully express.
With that said, we want to share an important update. While we know this may come as a disappointment to some, this is a pause, NOT a stop. We attempted to step back last year, but with a full calendar of commitments, the timing never allowed for it. As our availability continued to shrink week by week, it became clear that this business was never meant to feel like a burden. Thanks to your unwavering support, we are now able to take this intentional and much needed pause.
This time will allow us to honor our vision and our promises of growth and expansion, both locally and regionally, by working smarter, not harder.
And let’s be honest… Vego Taco IS due for a facelift LOL! A refresh has been long overdue!!Bringing our new elevated vision to life requires space, focus, and time away.

These four years have truly been a blessing. Being the first fully established business of its kind in the area is something we hold with humility, and we remain committed to paving the way for those who come after us. As we take this pause, we have one special request: please support the food truck community and small business community more than ever as the slow season approaches, your support makes a real difference. When you choose to eat/dine out, think local, think small business. That’s how our community thrives.

Words will never fully capture our gratitude, thank you for the many connections, the events (requests), the caterings, the love, and the real-life support you’ve shown us. Please know this is not goodbye. It’s simply “see you soon.” We will be sure to keep you updated as we move closer to a reopening date.
