1st Course:
Charbroiled Oysters; cajun garlic Nola butter, grilled toast points

2nd Course:
Mixed Green Salad; red and green leaf lettuce, arugula, shaved brussels sprouts, heirloom grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, sunflower seeds, croutons and gorgonzola cheese with honey mustard vinaigrette

Main Course:
Lobster Pasta; tagliatelle, blistered heirloom tomatoes, garlic herb butter parmesan sauce

Or

Blackened Ribeye; garlic herb butter parmesan tagliatelle, citrus asparagus

4th Course:
Crème Brulee; vanilla, fresh berries, mint

🚨FIRST BJCOOKS PLATE OF THE NEW YEAR!🚨
This Saturday, January 14th, we’re pulling the grills out and smoking up Columbia! We’re bringing back our signature leg quarters and ribs, while adding Sweet Heat Glazed Salmon for my pescatarians! Preorders only, lock-in with me by Friday evening. Come feed the whole family, details below!
