I am super excited to announce that beginning on September 26th through October 30th, One Happy Alpha Gal Bakery will be donating 20% of the proceeds from the sale of every Janet Cake, and every Janet Cake Cupcake purchase to help prevent breast cancer by donating to organizations that offer free mammograms, and to provide mastectomy sweatshirts to hold drain lines to women who are having mastectomies via Pockets of Hope. This cause has a special place in my heart, because my Mom, Janet, passed away from breast cancer in 2009, my grandma Peggy, who taught me to make cinnamon rolls, fought breast cancer as well, and I am high risk and will be using the sweatshirt Pockets of Hope sent me for my surgery as soon as my alpha gal calms down enough that my body can handle the procedure.
