First and foremost, a very Happy Father's Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, and other father figures in your lives and ours. (For me, a special shout-out to Michael Boran, for being the best one out there!)
On the B's side of things, we just have a few updates for you. Summertime doesn't generally bring a lot of changes to our operations....so you can expect some constants. But as fall approaches, then we will be gearing up for lots of fun!
In the meantime, enjoy a few more months of B's Summer Breeze, our new side dish, and be sure you're on top of our 4th of July hours!

(Re-)Introducing Corn Salad
With summer weather here, we felt like it was time to add another refreshing side dish to our lunch menu! Presenting: corn salad. Now, if you remember the burrito bowl we used to offer, then you know this corn salad. It was part of the mix of flavors we incorporated into that dish.
Here’s what you’re getting: sweet corn, with both red and poblano peppers, red onion, and cilantro. There’s a touch of lime juice for brightness, a touch of mayo for smoothness, and a touch of agave for a little extra sweetness. Finally, just a hint of kashmiri chili powder for some depth! Like our fresh carrot salad and broccoli salad, it also happens to be naturally gluten-free. So if you’re one of our customers who’s staying away from gluten, we’ve now got an extra option for you too!
Available daily as an included side with any sandwiches, wraps or burgers on the lunch menu. Or add it à la carte to whatever else you’re ordering! We will also be selling this in the grab & go fridge, and you can order ahead additional quantities if you'd like.
Easier Lunch Catering
While we have put together boxed lunches many times before for a variety of groups and organizations, we always handled it manually. And while we are still very happy to put a custom order together for you (over email or phone or text), we also know sometimes you just want to handle it all yourself and cross another item off the to-do list.
With our new Boxed Lunches Catering option, you can choose from:
1) one of five sandwiches (egg salad, three different chickpea salads, and BLAT), have them on sourdough, as a wrap, or on GF bread
2) select a B's side or a bag of chips
3) choose a cookie or bar to go with it
You can customize each box differently! Need a completely gluten-free box? No problem? Want each person to get the same sandwich but a different cookie? Sure thing. You can even enter the name of each person (or persons) as you configure the order, and we will write names on the outside for easy distribution!
IMPORTANT: there is a minimum of ten lunch boxes per order. Our online ordering system doesn't allow us to set a minimum order for an individual item, so please just make sure you have ten lunches (at least) configured before finalizing.
There is a three-day lead time built in, as well, because we make both the sourdough and the GF bread in-house. We have to make sure we can have enough bread for your order, as well as continuing to offer breakfast and lunch!

Antigua Guatemala has year-round highs in the upper 70s, and lows in the 50's. Little humidity, and January - in particular - is the height of the dry season. Sunny days and cool nights....it's a wonderful combination!
All trips participants get to stay at Porta Hotel Antigua, an eco-friendly and beautiful hotel property. All rooms are in the garden area of the hotel, facing the lush grounds and/or the swimming pool. You'll eat wonderful food, walk through and learn about this incredible colonial city, and have unparalleled experiences in this mile-high valley that sits at the base of three volcanoes. And you get the two of us as your personal tour guides!
