Eleven years in Columbia kitchens and dining rooms taught him that a good night out lives in the small details, the ones you feel more than notice.

He looks after both sides of the kitchen door so the room runs the way it should: easy for you, sharp behind the scenes.

Off the clock, he is chasing new restaurants, traveling with his fiancée, or losing a battle with the yard alongside his dogs.
