Chef Gilbert is at it again.
Banh Mi Meatball Subs. Tender meatballs, pickled daikon and carrot, fresh jalapeño, cilantro, sriracha aioli, all on a toasted hoagie. The kind of thing that makes you stop mid-bite and question how something could be so delicious.
