His main areas of specialization range from typical North Indian dhaba style cooking, Intercontinental cuisine to scrumptious seafood platters and lots more. Chef Shyam Prakash (Chef Sharma) has even had the privilege of cooking spicy lamb vindaloo to former President Bill Clinton!
