BSCV Day Summer 26 Edition: Today we're releasing draft/bottles of ' Double Barrel BSCV Concentrate (14.1% Double WL Weller bourbon-barrel-aged Imperial Stout with double-rate coconut and vanilla beans). We'll also have draft-only BSCV Brittle (BSCV with Dry Roasted Peanuts and Caramel) and BSCV Frozen (BSCV with Coconut Ice Cream in our Slushie Machine)!

New hot sauces this week are Blue Velvet and Quince and Consequences!

Blue Velvet is for the spice lords, made with a base of blueberries and blueberry vinegar kicked up with jalapenos and scotch bonnets. Be warned!

for Quince and Consequences we got a particularly cantankerous crop of jalapenos and macerated them in quince paste and fresh onion. We recommend trying it on the new mole chicken to add extra kick. It's not that spicy, we promise!
