To our friends and family,
After 13 years in business, we have decided to turn the page and begin a new chapter. At the close of business this Saturday, Nov 13th, we will end our run at Coley’s American Bistro. It has been a pleasure to be such a valued part of our community and we have thoroughly enjoyed it! So many relationships have been born and memories made that will last a lifetime. It is a bittersweet decision but it is the right one for us. Restaurant ownership has been great to us which makes the decision a difficult one at best. Throughout the pandemic, we have been strongly supported by our community. The last year has been our busiest one on the books so in a way it feels right - we’re going out with a bang. Time flies and we want to spend as much of it as we can as a family! There will be so many baseball games, campouts, scouting events, birthday parties, and many more memories to be made in the coming years and we plan to make the most of them.
Our hearts extend a great big thank you to our community for your support, to all those who have been part of our team and helped shape our business, and to our friends and family who have celebrated with us during good times and propped us up during the bad.
