Columbia — WOW!! You blew us away today! Thank you for your patience with us today & for taking the time out of your day to come and support us! We prepared enough doughs for (what we thought would be) 3 days, but you all sold us out — THANK YOU! For those of you who were unable to receive our product because of this we sincerely hope you come back to give us another chance. If you were able to come by today let us know what you thought!

A little 🍕 history…

In 1956, the Sbarro family opened their first small pizzeria in Brooklyn, New York using their grandmother’s recipes. What started as a humble Italian grocery with a few slices quickly grew into a New York icon.

For many years, Sbarro was also a beloved staple right here in Columbia Mall. We’ve heard so many of you say how excited you are to have it back — and that means the world to us.

Now we’re proud to bring it back better than ever. This is a brand-new Sbarro, fully renovated and locally owned by our family. We’ve poured a lot of hard work into the construction, and we can’t wait to open our doors with the same authentic New York-style pizza, pasta, stromboli, and Italian favorites you remember.

We’re working hard to get open as soon as possible and will share more updates as they become available!
