A WIN for Nick Shirley this week uncovering the fraud happening in our country. We continue to ask questions after 50+ Mexican restaurants just plead guilty in a 64 count RICO indictment trafficking, frauding their IDs and using a straw holder to obtain a liquor license. Now we've connected their straw holder to even more Mexican restaurants owned by illegal immigrants in the state of Missouri. The fraud is ongoing and we can't see the end of it especially when ATC removes the liquor license person from the date base and isn't being transparent with Missourians. We deserve to know who is responsible for the serving alcohol at establishments especially after what happened to my husband and the operator of that establishment is an illegal immigrant.

Here we go again, the Dunklin County Commissioner is pressuring the prosecutors office to bring charges against me to silence me in his alleged role in aiding illegal immigrants with liquor license fraud.

He had me detained for 4 months to silence me, we’ve since proven the majority of his clients are illegal immigrants. Also that the restaurant owners are obtaining state of Missouri liquor licenses and Missouri government IDs from the DMV clerk in Kennett, Missouri.

I jokingly call a Kennett local business owner the next Nick Shirley. All jokes aside, exposing fraud is dangerous. I’ve learned the hard way. Yesterday after taking a photo; he’s followed home nearly 30 miles away, guns drawn, sheriff is called and no arrests. The City of Kennett is a sanctuary city and Commissioner Ron Huber is aiding illegal immigrants. He had my bond revoked to silence me as he ran for reelection for exposing the liquor license fraud.
