Feeding people is something that gives us the most joy. Watching people enjoy something that we made, that we created, that we dreamed of, is the why behind this adventure.

With Anna moving into her new role of educating young people on the beauties that exist in this industry, we feel it’s so much more important than ever to continue to push ourselves in what we are doing and continue to surprise our community and challenge ourselves to doing new things.

Food is the only art form that can stimulate all 5 senses simultaneously. If not more. Allowing us to share that is the greatest gift.

We’re 5 years in and this is kind of like our love letter to everyone and anyone who’s come in and supported us.

Anna and I sat down with our friend Jeremy Michael and told a bit of our story. Here's a clip where we talk about our opening day on January 6th 2022 and the magical snow storm that took us from a nervous anticipation to absolute fear and doubt to having one of the most fulfilling days of our lives. Its always fun to have a platform to tell our story and the professionalism, ease and comfort that Jeremy shared was an awesome experience.

Shoutouts to Bad Idea Brewing and all our friends that made that day a core memory. Mike, Abbi, Danny, Shane, Brian, other Mike, Paula, another Mike, all of the kids and so many others that have become wonderful blurry faces in the snow on that crazy day.
