Monkey Check 🐒🍹

Inspired by Rebecca’s habit of putting a tiny tiki monkey on just about every cocktail, this tropical refresher features matcha-infused rum, coconut water, pineapple, lime, mint basil cordial, and soda water.

Also, a well-deserved congratulations to Rebecca on her promotion to Lead Bartender! She’s been with us since our Black Rooster days and has been part of the Dragon Room story from day one. We’re excited to see her continue to grow behind the bar.
