✨ Team Spotlight: Christine Foxworth, Bar & Beverage Director

Born in Queens, New York, Christine attended St. John’s University before serving in US Navy Aviation from 1989 to 2005. After working in an administrative role with PepsiCo, she joined Southern Way Catering in 2013 in the Finance Department.

Since then, Christine has worn many hats at SWC, from Event Manager and Sales Coordinator to Director of Hospitality at the Pastides Alumni Center and Finance Manager. Now, as Bar & Beverage Director, she has found the perfect balance of organization, creativity, and service.

Christine loves that her work helps turn notes on a page into lasting memories. Whether it is a signature drink, a thoughtful bar setup, or a perfectly timed toast, she enjoys knowing her team plays a small part in some of life’s happiest moments.

Outside of work, Christine loves traveling with her husband, enjoying lake life, watching Formula 1, spending time with their three children, and loving on their nine pets. Yes, nine.
