Maggie’s Food Truck

Maggie’s Food Truck Maggie’s is a happy little food truck where all are welcome! Welcome to Maggie's! A happy little cafe where everyone is welcome! This page is for good vibes only!

We want EVERYONE at our table, but you need to be nice while you're here! We put forth every effort to make sure you have the best service and receive crave-able food! If you have a problem or concern, we'd ask that you give us a chance to make things right before you leave a negative review or comment! If you have a great experience, TELL EVERYONE! No hate speech or politics! If you are unreasonably rude, your comments will be deleted and you will be blocked! We are here because we love to serve people and we have a lot of fun, but our lives don't revolve around the restaurant so there will be times we are not open or change our hours to fit the season of life we are in! We have a little freckle face, red head that comes first!! 😍

TOMORROW 🥳🥳

🚨 A LITTLE SCHEDULE SWITCH THIS WEEK! 🚨

Maggie’s is rolling out a little EARLY this week — catch the food truck WEDNESDAY instead of Friday!

We’ll be spending Friday getting everything prepped and ready for the benefit we’re serving on Saturday, so we’re moving our regular pop-up up a couple of days. ❤️

Honestly, we think a midweek Maggie’s lunch sounds pretty good anyway.

📍 WEDNESDAY COLLAB WITH CJ'S SWEET LICK BBQ
⏰ 10 AM–2 PM

Come see us, grab lunch, and help us make our Wednesday pop-up a good one! And then we’ll trade our food-truck hats for fundraiser-prep hats and get to work for Saturday. ❤️

NO FRIDAY POP-UP THIS WEEK — WEDNESDAY IS THE DAY!

Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Red Bluff. Every plate is one taco and small fries. Lunch is on the host — nothing to pay and no need to preorder. Pick your taco at the truck.
