Please join us for a spring focused yoga class at Fixx Coffee. End your day with an gentle flow yoga class to bring balance to your night through movement, breath and meditation.

What to expect
This practice will be approximately 60 minutes. We will slowly work our way through stretching, poses, breath to help the body feel relax and releae for the end of the day. The class will end with guided meditation. This is an all levels class. Please let Kelly the instructor know if you have an sensitivities or accommodations day of.

What to bring
• Wear comfy clothes
• Bring something to sit or lay on
- Yoga mat, Pillow, Blanket, option to sit on a chair as well
• Something to rest your head on if you choose to lay down
• A Blanket to cover up or to use underneath knees for postures

Donations
This is a free class. If you have the means you are encouraged to to donate to the instructor via venmo QR code or cash. There is a pay with card option available if needed.

POV: you closed an event at 4am after opening the coffee shop at 6am… then came back at 8am because the doors still open and the espresso still needs pulling ☕️🫠
But truly, none of this happens without my parents. They built The Central Mix and helped turn Fixx Coffee into what it is, and weekends like this are only possible because all of us show up together. Family business life is exhausting, chaotic, rewarding, and somehow always worth it 🤍
Now somebody hand me a cold brew and maybe a nap.
