Today’s soup is giving grandma’s kitchen in the best possible way. 🥣🤎

Creamy sauerkraut soup loaded with tender meatballs—warm, tangy, savory, and ridiculously comforting.

Come grab a bowl at Fixx before we eat it all ourselves. 😂

Look what showed up at The Central Mix 👀♻️

We’re pretty proud to be featured alongside other Minnesota businesses working to keep good food out of the waste stream.

Around here, “food waste” is really just an ingredient waiting for its next job. 🍌🍋🍊🌾 Banana peels become house-made banana syrup. Lemon peels + pulp become part of our vegan, gluten-free lemon bars. Brewer’s spent rye gets a second life in brownies. Orange peels get baked into our zesty cornbread cakes.

Little choices add up—and we love getting to make really good food while being a little more thoughtful about what happens to the ingredients along the way.

Food first, waste never. ♻️💛

Come check out the display at The Central Mix and maybe grab one of the upcycled goodies while you’re here. ☕️

Last night at Fixx Coffee at The Central Mix. 🤍
A full room, meaningful conversation, good food, and a screening of No Country for Mothers.
There’s something really special about watching this space fill up with people coming together to listen, learn, connect, and share an experience.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening what it was — and can we talk about that grazing table?! 😍
We love getting to see The Central Mix become something a little different with every event that comes through our doors.
Here’s to more nights like this. ✨
