Do you like chicken fried steak? How about a gigantic chicken fried steak?!?! As in twice; 2 times; DOUBLE the regular size. It's the weekend special. Get it while it lasts. $16 buckaroos (which is not double the usual price because we aren't grifters). Feed yer belly!!

Our Miss Lila is heading out to new adventures in Idaho. She's the one who keeps the diner tip top. She's the reason the drinks are lined up just so; the menus, magazines, and Falls Flash are stacked perfectly; the one who brought the candy dish and stocks it on her own even though we tell her to use the petty cash; the one who decorates over the top for the holidays; the one who has a special type of pepper seasoning behind the counter for the customer who likes it on his eggs; the one who coupons and finds the best deals on the hot sauce varieties; and the one we will miss very much. Stop in today and wish her the best. She'll have cookies and most likely something else to share because that is how she is. We've been lucky to have her and will do our best to keep the candy dish stocked just like she does.

In an era of endless AI recommendations and paid ads, it’s getting harder for small businesses to be seen. We don’t have a massive budget to overrun your feed or buy our way to the top of your search results. We hope you see us because you choose to follow us.

Because at the end of the day, it isn't just about us—it’s about YOU. It’s the morning coffee, the small talk, and the "regular" meal before a big road trip (we see you, Connie!).

Maybe it’s not the "textbook" marketing approach, but it’s how we stay authentic. We believe in sharing the connection and the good times—where our small tables take the place of yesterday’s campfire.

Thank you for choosing us for your sit down breakfast and lunch, and those to-go orders of double egg bagel handhelds for your employees (looking at you, Jackson!). We appreciate being part of your story.
