Watts for Breakfast is a thick, decadent Imperial Pastry Stout conditioned on massive amounts of blueberries, Vermont maple syrup, and Madagascar vanilla.

Think of a fresh stack of fluffy chocolate chip pancakes piled high with sweet blueberry compote, drenched in rich Vermont maple syrup, and finished with a touch of creamy vanilla.

Pouring an opaque, viscous jet black with a gorgeous purple-tinged head, this full-bodied stout delivers layer after layer of dessert-inspired flavor.

Expect notes of sweet blueberry compote, rich maple syrup, creamy vanilla icing, chocolate chip pancakes, espresso crema, and flaky toasted biscuits smothered in dark fruit jam.

ULTRA CRYO POP
8% ABV | Double Dry Hopped Imperial IPA

You asked. We listened. Ultra Cryo Pop is BACK. 🍻

This ridiculously juicy Imperial IPA showcases Cryo Pop®, an innovative hop pellet blend from built from a carefully selected mix of hop varieties designed to deliver maximum hop impact.

We loaded this one up with Cryo Pop in the whirlpool, followed by two rounds of dry hopping during active fermentation. The result? An absolute POP of tropical, citrusy, dank, fruit-forward hop character.

Soft, medium-bodied and packed with malted oats and wheat, Ultra Cryo Pop finishes juicy and ridiculously drinkable for an 8% IPA.

Expect big notes of overripe peach, tangerine, mango juice, cantaloupe, pineapple, apricot jam, lime zest, dank pine and Pixie Stix candy.

HIDEY-HO NEIGHBOR! 🔨🍺
3.5% Fresh Hop Cream Ale

Meet the newest addition to the neighborhood: Hidey-Ho Neighbor, a 3.5% Fresh Hop Cream Ale brewed with our friends, and actual neighbors at right here in Colts Neck.

We picked the fresh whole-cone Chinook and Cascade hops directly from their farm and got them straight into the brewhouse.

No middleman.

No hardware store.

Just fresh hops and questionable home-improvement decisions.

Built with German Pilsner malt + a touch of flaked rice, with fresh whole-cone Chinook in the mash and fresh Chinook + Cascade in the whirlpool.

The finished product?

🌲 Floral aroma

🥨 Crackery malt

⚡ Bright & snappy

🍺 Dry, ridiculously drinkable finish

💪 Only 3.5% ABV

Light enough to keep the project going. Flavorful enough to forget what the project was.

25 years later. We remember. We honor. We never forget.

This September, we once again release Never Forget in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and in honor of the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and countless heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

Their courage. Their sacrifice. Their service.

Never Forget. 🇺🇸

A portion of the proceeds from this tribute brew will be donated to the incredible , supporting America’s first responders, military heroes, and their families.

🍺 THE B**R

An 8% Hazy, Juicy Imperial IPA, brewed and double dry-hopped with a blend of some of the finest hops the USA has to offer.

A generous addition of wheat and oat malt creates a soft, medium body, while restrained bitterness keeps this Imperial IPA remarkably juicy and drinkable.

Expect layers of candied mango, guava, papaya, passion fruit, grapefruit zest, fresh orange, ripe apricot, peach nectar, mixed berries, and a touch of dank pine.

PROBABLY THE BEST COFFEE STOUT☕️🍫
7.5% ABV | Nitro Milk Stout with Coffee, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Vanilla, & Milk Sugar

We partnered up with our friends at 1st In Coffee to bring you this delicious, decadent, and dangerously easy-drinking, nitro milk stout.

When Smash Poured into a proper pint glass, the tiny, cascading, nitrogen bubbles rise to the top and unleash a killer aroma combination of freshly roasted coffee beans, rich, decadent chocolate, creamy vanilla, and a hint of sweet cinnamon.

The fluffy beige head of foam supports a silky-smooth drinking experience that emulates the mouthfeel of a thick, mocha latte.

The coffee variety used (fittingly named “Probably the Best Coffee”) perfectly compliments the toasty, nutty, milk chocolatey, and roasty aromas and flavors of this tasty milk stout.

This gorgeous brown b**r was also conditioned on rich Ghanaian cacao nibs, whole Saigon cinnamon sticks, and Madagascar vanilla.

We get notes of stepping foot into your favorite coffee shop, creamy mocha latte dusted with cinnamon, hazelnut fudge, toasty cereal malts, milk chocolate, and vanilla cream.

Oktoberfest season is officially here. 🇩🇪🍻

Our take on the modern German Festbier is built for big mugs, good friends, and plenty of Gemütlichkeit.

Golden, crisp, and ridiculously drinkable, Ein Prosit brings delicate malt sweetness together with gentle noble hop bitterness for a clean, refreshing l***r that keeps you coming back for another.

The name says it all: Ein Prosit translates to “A toast!” — the legendary German drinking song traditionally played throughout Oktoberfest celebrations, bringing everyone together for another round of cheers and camaraderie.

Compared to our Farm Fest Märzen, Ein Prosit is a little lighter in color, malt character, and strength, while still delivering all the traditional character and nuance you want from a properly l***red German Festbier.

Dive into Mounds of Coconut, a nitro stout that pours like a river of chocolate silk, crowned with a fluffy, cloud-like head.

This rich, candy-inspired treat layers indulgent flavors of Ghanaian cacao, toasted coconut, and Madagascar vanilla atop a soft, nitrogen-infused body.

RED SANGRIA 🍇🍑🍊🍎
8% ABV | Sour Ale with Grape, Peach, Orange, & Apple

Red Sangria is a heavily fruited sour ale brewed with inspiration from the delicious wine-based cocktail of the same name.

This tasty treat was crafted with a base of pale barley malt, wheat malt, and just a touch of hops.

It was fermented with a special, lactic acid producing yeast strain and then conditioned on a blend of red grapes (Concord & Pinot Noir), white peach, Mandarin orange, and apple.

Red Sangria pours a strikingly vibrant, magenta hue into a glass and brims with a fluffy head of pink, aromatic foam.

This mouth-watering, cocktail-inspired, sour ale drinks with a luscious medium body teeming with layers of sweet, fruit flavor, and closes with a refreshingly tart, sparkling finish, leaving rings of fruity foam behind in your glass with each sip.

We get notes of a freshly prepared pitcher of bubbly red sangria spiked with peach Schnapps, soaking in oranges and diced apples pieces on a hot summer day.

FARM FEST MÄRZEN 🥨🍺
6.5% ABV | Traditional Märzen L***r

This authentic German-style l***r is defined by rich, toasty malt character balanced by moderate noble hop bitterness. The result is a highly drinkable, amber colored brew, perfect for the fall season.

A cool fermentation followed by several months of cold conditioning in one of our horizontal l***ring tanks gives this smooth l***r an exceptionally clean and refined character with a rounded mouthfeel that quickly gives way to a light, crisp, and dry finish.

A few swigs of this seasonal crusher will have you feeling like you’re in a packed Munich pavilion during Oktoberfest standing on your chair singing “Ein Prosit” and toasting liter mugs with everyone around you 🍻!
