Southern Haze is a pillowy-soft Hazy IPA brewed with a base of premium pilsner malt, malted wheat, and a generous addition of oats for a smooth, juicy mouthfeel.

We loaded this beer with an expressive blend of New Zealand hops, showcasing vibrant Southern Hemisphere character and an explosion of tropical fruit aromatics.

Southern Haze pours a glowing golden-orange hue into a glass with a dense, creamy white head that lingers long after each sip.

It opens with waves of ripe tropical fruit, drinks with a soft and juicy body, and finishes with a pleasant burst of citrus and subtle hop complexity.

6.3% ABV | Double Dry Hopped India Pale Ale with Peaches

This juicy crusher is dripping with ripe stone fruit character and soft, hoppy goodness.

Brewed with a hefty dose of malted oats and wheat, Peach Crush pours a glowing hazy yellow-orange hue and drinks with a plush, pillowy mouthfeel.

Double dry hopped with a powerhouse blend of stone fruit-leaning hops, this brew was then conditioned on loads of luscious white peaches for a finish that’s smooth, subtly sweet-tart, and undeniably crushable.

We get notes of peak-season peach flesh, tangy peach rings, creamy orange sherbet, bright citrus oils, and soft, fuzzy hop bitterness wrapped in a cloud of haze.

Join us on Saturday, May 30th from 12–3 PM at our Colts Neck Farmhouse for an afternoon of adoptable animals, local rescue organizations, cold brews, and sunshine for a great cause. ☀️🍺

7% ABV | Double Dry Hopped India Pale Ale

Introducing Backyard Haze, a hop-saturated IPA brewed for sunshine, backyard grilling, and long Memorial Day Weekend hangs with friends and family.

For this beer, we started with a smooth and expressive IPA base designed to showcase an explosive combination of modern hop products from the Pacific Northwest and New Zealand. In the kettle, we layered Cryo Phantasm, a blend of Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, and Phantasm powder, alongside Idaho 7 Dynaboost to build a saturated foundation of tropical fruit intensity and juicy aromatics.

Following fermentation, Backyard Haze received a massive double dry hop featuring Idaho 7 CGX and New Zealand Revolution Blend, amplifying the beer with waves of ripe mango, sticky pineapple, peach candy, sweet citrus, and resinous dankness.

The result is a soft, pillowy IPA bursting with expressive hop flavor while maintaining a balanced bitterness and ultra drinkable finish, making it the perfect companion for burgers on the grill, late afternoon sunshine, and festive holiday weekends.

When poured into a glass, Backyard Haze showcases a glowing golden-orange hue with a dense haze and a fluffy white head that erupts with aromas of tropical fruit nectar, fresh-cut citrus, and sticky hop resin.

We get notes of mango smoothie, pineapple gummies, peach rings, candied orange, ruby red grapefruit, passionfruit, fresh cannabis, apricot jam, citrus zest, and soft white bread.

Introducing Lemonade & Elderflower Shandy, a delightful summertime companion that harmoniously fuses the worlds of tasty wheat beer and thirst quenching lemonade!

We brewed this beer with premium, extra pale, German pilsner malt and locally sourced, NJ wheat malt from . After adding just a touch of hops to the kettle, the beer was fermented dry with a classic hefeweizen yeast strain that contributes subtle aromas and flavors of banana and clove.

This super refreshing shandy is the result of carefully blending our German-style hefeweizen with a house-made elderflower lemonade. For the lemonade, we sourced single origin lemons from Siracusa, Italy for their unique sweet flavor and lower acidity levels.

The hefeweizen base lends its soft and velvety wheat character, providing a smooth foundation for the vibrant citrus notes to shine through. Meanwhile, the elderflower lemonade infuses the brew with a touch of elegance, exuding a fragrant bouquet that transports you to sun-kissed meadows surrounding a German biergarten.

Glory Days is our take on the classic American lager - brilliantly clear, light-bodied, and ultra crispy. It’s the perfect sidekick for grilling, mowing the lawn, patriotic celebrations, and really anytime at all.

This is the type of lager beer your father drank, brewed with all American ingredients including US 6-row barley, a touch of flaked maize, and Cluster hops.

After extended time cold conditioning in one of our horizontal lagering tanks, Glory Days drinks smoothly with absolute balance and leaves the palate refreshed. Subtle grainy malt and sweet corn flavors are met and carried away by a gentle hop presence making this brew hard to put down.

This authentic, German-style wheat beer honors the rich brewing traditions of Bavaria whilst incorporating wheat malt grown locally in NJ by .

In addition to locally grown wheat, this crisp and refreshing ale was also brewed with extra pale premium pilsner malt from Germany, a touch of Mandarina Bavaria hops, and a traditional yeast strain originating from the world’s oldest operating brewery.

Weiss Bier pours a hazy, light yellow-orange hue into a glass and quickly develops a creamy, towering head of long-lasting, white, aromatic foam.
