Welcome to Bozena’s NEW European Café and Restaurant!

A native of Poland, Bozena developed a passion for cooking under the guidance of her mother, Zofia, who valued creating nutritious meals, using high quality ingredients for her family and friends.

European Café & Restaurant was born from Bozena’s desire to bring people together to enjoy authentic European dishes, emphasizing taste, quality, tradition, and life’s simple pleasures.

Her dishes pay homage to her European roots with a nod to some of her favorite foods from Poland, Germany and Austria, where she lived prior to moving to Colorado.

The first European Café & Restaurant opened in Manitou Springs in 1996 and has been a community favorite for many years.

Open Wednesday - Sunday

Breakfast is served all day 8 am – 4 pm.
Lunch is served 12 pm- 4 pm.
