Bebo Rae’s Menu Updates!

As we enter our second year in business, we’ve put a lot of thought into our menu, and we’re excited to share a few changes!

Our Tex-Mex Taco Box now includes a small salsa! Enjoy our roasted tomato/serrano/cilantro salsa with your side of chips in every taco box! Whoop 🙌

Also, please welcome the 2-1-0 Brisket Burger as a regular menu item! It’s a nod to San Antonio, where our food was born 🔥. You guys loved it so much as a limited special that it made the cut!

Lastly, we’ve dropped the prices on our handcrafted Prickly Pear Limeade and Sweet Tea. We figure we’re not paying the bills from drink sales, so let’s make them as affordable as possible and help you walk away with a delicious meal AND drink at a price point that makes sense.

We know our prices don’t work for everyone, but our ingredients are far from cheap. During this year, wholesale skirt steak and brisket prices became shockingly high. We could switch to cheaper ingredients, but that’s just not us. Instead, we’re going to keep looking for ways to add more value where we can, like adding salsa to every taco box and lowering our drink prices without cutting corners on the food itself. We just love serving you the good stuff!

(Boring side note: This is our regular daily menu. During special events, we serve a smaller menu, and sometimes our prices are higher…like when we have to pay $2,000 just to land a spot 😱! Thanks for understanding.)

Day 2 of the Pikes Peak Air Show!

New helper crew today, fresh and rested and ready for an awesome day!!

Thank goodness we have a huge family in town and they all love helping on the truck. We can get a lot out of them if we just throw tacos and free t-shirts at them 🤣.

The air show goes until 4 or maybe earlier if weather rolls in. Check out pprairshow.org for details. We’ll see you at the food truck window!

Today we were back at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, this time for Parent’s Weekend. Dude… it was a HUGE event and we broke a new sales record 😆!! We really enjoyed serving so many cadets and their families! We especially enjoyed all the compliments from Texas families who said they LOVED our brisket. Thank you for the incredible support! Go Air Force 🫡!
