What are you doing tomorrow? Just kidding, rhetorical question, we already know you’re coming to our End of Summer Sunset Party! At our Academy location, we’ve been hosting these every month and they clearly keep getting better each time.

We’ve got games, music, giveaways, and free food with any drink purchase. But honestly, make it fun and bring stuff! Bring extra snacks or a potluck dish if you feel like sharing, bring your favorite board games, bring your favorite crew... serious question, why not bring your youth sports trophies, old yearbooks, or awkward childhood photos too?

Davey Boy is visiting this weekend and he’s gonna lay down some sweet sweet blues for us this Friday!

Is the music experimental or is he just weird? You can try to figure that out for yourself. A self-proclaimed lover of finger and mouth stuff, Davey Boy just wants to titillate your ears. With a beard like that, none would deny his mountain influences as he has spent most of his life bouncing between Colorado and West Virginia. Using lo-fi synths, a secondhand looping pedal, and an assortment of miniature amps combined with acoustic guitar, saxophone, and sometimes vocals, you’ll be tossed into an amalgamated world; a sound and soul as patchwork as the pants he so loves. Let’s get weird with it!

CLASH OF THE CUBES Sunday 8-30 4pm (Downtown)!

It’s time to put those skills to the test! Speedsolvers will take the stage for friendly competitions in 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, and 5×5, with drink prizes going to the fastest solves in each category.

We would love to have as many cubes as possible, so if you have one, please bring it! If you don’t have a cube, that’s totally ok! Just bring yourself. Whether you’re a complete beginner, casually solving, or trying to set a new personal best. This will be a fun and challenging event with an awesome atmosphere.
