Having worked in family-run restaurants their whole life, Mike and Betsy Oliver decided to bring their passion for locally-owned restaurants to Colorado Springs. After meeting in Vail, Mike and Betsy moved to Colorado Springs in 1983 and created Oliver's Delicatessen. Today, they still feature the same friendly service, homemade-everything and an enthusiasm for the people they serve. Mike and Bets

y have three grown children: Andrew, Justin and McKenzie. The Olivers are avid dog lovers and have four labradoodles: Mia, Skye, Bailey, and Stella. Come see what has kept this local restaurant in business for 35 years!

September 14th Mckenzie Leigh Oliver is getting married to Joshua Croy. Therefore Olivers Deli will be closed Friday September 13 and Saturday September 14th. We will resume normal hours Monday September 16th. Time to celebrate!!!

April 19th 2024 marks three years since Andrew Michael Oliver joined the heavens. I am realizing as the years pass grief does not have a finish line. We endure.We change with it and it becomes part of us. We grieve because we loved and we survive because love never dies.Not a day goes by at the deli that his name is not brought up. For his 36th birthday my wonderful clientele put together a collage of photos of him that is now hanging on the wall. Andrew was my son. my best friend and biggest support for the restaurant. In honor of his passing and the celebration of his life we will be closed APRIL 19TH AT OLIVERS DELI ROCKRIMMON for the day.
