🌟 A Message from the Heart 🌟
As I reflect on the years we’ve shared at Western Omelette, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the support you’ve shown us. Yet, as I look around our city, my heart aches. 😔 Downtown and Old Colorado are changing, and sadly, so many beloved Colorado Springs staples are closing their doors.
🍔Red Top’s unforgettable burgers, 🌯 El Taco Rey’s iconic pork and avocado burritos smothered in green chili—these weren’t just meals. They were traditions, memories, and a part of who we are. And now, with the closures of Mountain Shadows 🍳and Jorge’s, 🌮it’s hard not to feel the loss.🥺😪
We understand the times are tough 💸. Rising costs are stretching everyone thin, and dining out feels like a luxury. But today, I’m asking from the bottom of my heart—please, support local whenever you can. 🏠❤️
Unlike big chain restaurants, we don’t have endless resources. Instead, we pour our hearts and souls into every dish we serve and every smile we share. 😊
We work hard to create a space where you feel at home, surrounded by good food and even better company.
For those who know my grandpa Bill, you understand the legacy he’s built here. 💖
His laughter, kindness, and generosity have touched so many lives—not just providing jobs, but creating a community.
I often hear people say they want Western Omelette to thrive. The truth is, we need your support to make that happen. Together, we’ve overcome so much, and with your help, I know we can keep this legacy alive. 💪
Whenever you’re craving a warm meal and a welcoming atmosphere, I hope you’ll think of us. 🥞🍳
Thank you for being part of our journey and for helping create memories that last a lifetime.
From my family to yours, Wishing you and your loved ones a holiday season filled with warmth, joy, and all the things that matter most. 🎄✨
💛
With love and gratitude,
Western Omelette
