Upstate Pizzeria is now mobile! Our food truck made its debut at the Pikes Peak Farmers Market at Bancroft Park in Old Colorado City and you can find us there every Saturday through October slinging freshly baked New York slices.

With a classic Blodgett deck oven converted to run on propane installed in the truck, we’re pretty confident it’s the only truck making authentic New York-style pizza in the Springs.

We can also accommodate private events and curate menus to fit the individual event whether that means smaller individual pizzas, Stromboli, classic red sauce dishes, etc. We can even do fully vegan and/or gluten-free events. We’d love to hear from anyone affiliated with large events or anyone hosting private parties that and would be interested in booking with us. 🚚

Thank you Doherty Track and Field for having us cater your end-of-season banquet: pasta salad and stromboli for 100 people.

I had the incredible opportunity to be part of this team as the throws coach this season. I’m grateful for the friends I made, the experience I gained, and to have been able to make an impact on these athletes’ progress. Congratulations on a great season, looking forward to next year. Go Spartans!

We're now open for lunch at 11am with a fully stocked slice line every day at Austin Bluffs and Barnes.

We brought back our 2 slices and a soda lunch special for $11, and we have a new special for students at Doherty across the street: $5 slice and soda combo.
