Friends!!
We are taking recess next week! You have the rest of this week to let us feed you! Come in and eat, call it in and pick it up, drop by with some sugary goods for staff consumption🤭 😂, but come and get your pizza and pasta fix! 🍕 🍝

We’ll be closed the week of September 1 thru September 5!
We will reopen on Tuesday September 8!

This is my nephew, Sonny, and you may have seen him working while you’ve been in as he’s picked up some extra shifts during the summer! He’s also picked up running, and this morning I took him on his first Section 16 loop. I love seeing this kid develop a passion for running and nature! And it’s been extra awesome to share in his passion with him! 🏃🏽‍♀️ 🏃 ⛰️ 🍕

As the United States turns 250, Roman Villa turns 67! 🧁 We are able to tick off another year thanks in part to you, our amazing customers, who come and see us week after week - year after year.
This business is not for the faint of heart or unmotivated. It’ll chew you up and spit you out, and laugh at you in the process. But hawt damn, Lina and Del would be so proud to know it has survived another year!

Do you know what this is? This is a restaurant’s worst nightmare. Our walk in cooler went kaput on us today. 😭 😩 😣
Fortunately, we have the MOST AMAZING food purveyor who did us a solid and is helping with food storage until we can get the condenser motor up and running.
Amber is heading to Denver first thing in the morning to pick up the motor that is on will call.
If you tried calling tonight and found the line busy, we’re sorry - it was out of our control.
