Do you know what this is? This is a restaurant’s worst nightmare. Our walk in cooler went kaput on us today. 😭 😩 😣
Fortunately, we have the MOST AMAZING food purveyor who did us a solid and is helping with food storage until we can get the condenser motor up and running.
Amber is heading to Denver first thing in the morning to pick up the motor that is on will call.
If you tried calling tonight and found the line busy, we’re sorry - it was out of our control.

She’s heading in this eve to knock out some cooking and admin work so she can actually take tomorrow off, but this morning she was invited to some friend’s/customer’s house to enjoy their koi pond. Holy wow 🤩! She coulda sat there for days. Maybe the Roman Villa needs fish! 🐠 😍
