To be included alongside so many legendary, iconic, and long-established restaurants that have helped shape our city's dining scene is truly overwhelming. As a small but mighty team, we don't take this recognition lightly.

Over the past six years, we've poured our hearts into creating more than just a restaurant. Our goal has always been to build a welcoming, community-focused gathering place where friends, families, neighbors, and newcomers can connect over great conversation, shared experiences, and scratch-made Italian food crafted with care.

WE AGREE, which is why were honored to host local nonprofit, for Community Constellations TODAY - Wednesday, May 20 from 3-9pm. Harley’s Hope works to ensure low income older pet parents and their companion or service animals remain together when issues arise.  The goal in doing so is to prevent at-risk animals from being surrendered or falling victim to euthanasia for treatable conditions or temporary challenges.

10% of all in-cafe sales will be donated back to Keeping Pets & People Together through Harley’s Hope. If you are a pet-lover and understand the importance of the work this community organization does, please join us for dinner and drinks for a great cause.

Our first Community Group Ride with PikeRide brought riders from all across Colorado Springs together for a night full of movement, connection, and good vibes. The turnout was incredible, the energy was high, and the ride rolled straight into an all-night Happy Hour at Stellina!

Lotus Foundation provides confidential, survivor-directed advocacy and comprehensive case management to survivors of human trafficking throughout Colorado, supporting individuals as they reclaim autonomy and build safe, healthy, and independent lives.

Join us this evening from 3-9pm to Dine Well, Do Good. 🍕✨
10% of all in-cafe sales tonight will be donated directly back to this incredible local nonprofit.
