Good morning! Just a couple of updates for you today.

We have seen an extraordinary increase in business that has us busting out of our seems with work. We are in immediate need of experienced cook help. We have a project that we need at least two experienced line cooks for $17-$19/hr for lunchtime hours. I am also hiring a fulltime assistant pit master, $17-$19/ hr depending on experience, and some prep cooks $16.25-$17/hr. Please message me here or text 720-951-2938 or 303-919-9267.

With the increase in business and our lack of storage and cooking space, we are no doubt going to be selling out of the more popular items far sooner than ever before, brisket, beef cheek, pork belly, ribs and chicken will all be the first to go so please get here earlier than 4 if you can. Also bear with us on sides as well, sometimes we will not have the full lineup at the start of the day, at the moment it’s just me (Randy) in the morning to get all the meat trimmed and on the smoker and to do the sides while getting the trailer setup for service.

Our small little team can’t thank each of you enough for the support you have shown us the last 3 years, we have a huge announcement coming very soon, so be on the lookout for that! - BC for those of you that have been wondering what BC stands for, Bald Chef.

We have a few Beef Dino Ribs today for $35 a rib, they are all over a pound each.

Ok, geez… what a lunch, broke our record for lunch sales. So many new faces! So much food out the window! Had a group drive from Frederick down here just to eat. That’s a long drive for lunch. I upped my order for next week so week make sure we have plenty of meat for everyone that plans on stopping in! Thank you again for supporting our small family run business!

It’s $5 Smoked Brisket Burger Wednesday! For all of those that are new here, first, thank you for the follow and I hope you get a chance to come out to try the food one day! Every Wednesday we do a community appreciation day with an affordable lunch option aka $5 Brisket Burger Day. 1/2 pound ground brisket burgers with American cheese, a jalapeno bacon jam, pickles, house burger sauce on a Martins potato roll. Would love to see all the new faces!
