Pueblo chile season is officially here! We made the trip to grab them fresh off the roaster for our seasonal Roasted Pueblo Chile Chicken Crepe. Packed with garlic butter, sautéed onions, cilantro-lime sour cream, and authentic roasted chiles and more, then finished with queso fresco and a lime wedge 🍋‍🟩

This one is always a huge favorite, so grab it while the seasonal supply lasts!
