Pizza Paul's is located in Colorado Springs, but we set up at different locations on different days of the week. We make delicious, hot pizzas, fresh salads, savory soups & sides, and sweet desserts to satisfy your hunger while pleasing your taste buds. The idea to make it a mobile business came about to accommodate my parenting schedule to maximize family time.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that I have to close the pizza truck. I want to thank all of you who have supported me over the last couple years. I am out at Fountain Community Metcalfe Park Market til 1pm today and I will be at Disability Connections annual fundraiser at 2020 Academy Blvd, from 3-6pm. I will have everything on sale til I close up shop. I will be setting up for lunches on Thu the 23rd 11-2pm at The Next Us 525 N. Cascade Ave. Probably some lunches at the same location the following week...I will post times coming up. Come enjoy what little time I have left before the end of the month!
