Reminder! This FRIDAY June 12 we are going to have a clean up day ✨ for Sand Creek Trail! This is the trail and open space right behind Tutt Commercial Center.
What you need to know:
WHO: You! 💃 And all your friends! 👯👯 If you bring kids, please be aware that there are some areas of the trail that will require closer adult supervision. The trail can be uneven at points and as such is probably not best suited for wheelchairs or strollers. Closed toed shoes and sunscreen are HIGHLY recommended.
WHEN: 8am-7pm➡️ if you come from 8am-2pm, stop by to pick up your free drink coupons, trash bags, and gloves. If you come from 2pm-7pm, stop by to get your free drink coupons, trash bags, and gloves.
WHERE: 📍All along Sand Creek Trail from North Carefree to Barnes Road. (Please note this does run behind the now closed Vibes Stadium.)
WHY: Because you're awesome. 😎 And because lots of little plants 🌿 and critters 🐸 call that place home. And because the city just finished a massive riparian habitat renovation and we want to help keep it a clean habit for a long time to come. 🦆
