Courthouse Co is a mobile food + drink trailer serving handcrafted açaí bowls, whole-fruit smoothies, fresh fruit cups, parfaits, small-batch cold brew, and specialty drinks across the greater Colorado Springs area. We serve cold brew coffee- slowed brewed to extract a smooth, rich flavor and paired with handcrafted syrups. Additionally, we have variety of other cold drinks including specialty lem

onades, spritzers, iced tea and more. We proudly offer an assortment of desserts and prepackaged foods that have been made by local artisans. Inspired by our love of mountains and our career in law enforcement, it only seemed appropriate to name our little trailer after the striking peak, Courthouse Mountain, found in the San Juan Mountains in southern Colorado. You can find The Courthouse at local events and pop-ups around El Paso and Douglas Counties. We also book for weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate events, conferences and private parties.

✨ Our Superberry Smoothie just got a little Elevated! 🫐🍓

We’re excited to announce a collaboration with our friends at Elevated Elderberry | Elderberry Syrup CO ! Starting this Saturday at Backyard Market in BF, our Superberry Smoothie will be made with their locally crafted elderberry syrup in place of açaí powder- and it’s here to stay!

Our Superberry is a clean smoothie made with just:
🍓 Strawberries
🫐 Blueberries
🥣 A2 yogurt
💜 Elevated Elderberry syrup
🍎 Apple juice
No added sugars, fillers or dyes!

🌴 You asked… so it’s back!
We keep getting requests to bring back our Island Bowl and I’m happy to give to you all our Sweet Heat Bowl. Inspired by the original Island Bowl, and it’s available this week- Wednesday through Saturday- while supplies last!
It’s a tropical sweet and spicy bowl topped with granola, fresh strawberries, mango, pineapple, chamoy, Tajín, coconut, and a squeeze of fresh lime all on the base of your choice:

🔥 Not a fan of the heat? Swap the chamoy and Tajín for a honey drizzle to make it sweet instead.
