Hey everyone 😇

I wanted to give another special thanks to each and everyone of you for the last 3 successful years on the food truck. It was a journey, and is only going to continue upwards from here.

As of now, I will be selling the whole business without the recipes, it is a turn key operation built from the ground up with everything you need and some. If you know anyone SERIOUS about getting into the BBQ Food Truck Business, please have them contact me on the business page. I will also give insights, tips and as much knowledge as someone is willing to take in about running a successful operation when I sell it. Thank you.

This is a very bittersweet moment for me. After 3 years of being in business, I will be shutting down the food truck & taking the business in a different direction. I have truly grown to appreciate the amount of work and effort it takes to keep a business thriving perfectly. I bartended for 12 years and never experienced the amount of relationships and bonds I have grown with each and everyone of you. For that, I couldn't thank you enough. As far as tasting my food in the future, I'm not sure exactly which direction I will be taking the business. A restaurant is a 100% my goal, but I might get sauces, rubs, and videos going in the meantime so you can still get a taste of my cooking. I truly hope that you continue to follow my brand because I am going to expand this into something very special, but for the meantime I have to take care of me. I love you all, thanks for the great 3 years.

I want to take a second to thank each and everyone of you for all the support, we are going to be closed today, we will open up next Friday. I've been running this business 3 years by myself and now that I have help, I'm implementing systems so we can be more consistent for everyone. It's definitely a lot of work to produce quality BBQ, but it's worth it. Thanks for understanding, have a blessed week everyone.
