Its been a little over a year since we had this one. The Bluebird is back for a limited time. Hot ham, melty swiss cheese, our delicious house made honey mustard all on top of our gluten free chicken sandwich. And it happens to be my nephew's favorite so make sure to come show him some love tonight!

Sorry it's a day late but perfection takes time. Name is still up in the air but come in tomorrow for our take on a katsu banh mi. Panko crusted marinated chicken on the delicious sandwich hoagie from Outside The Breadbox. Topped with pickled daikon and carrots, fresh cilantro, and a house made hoisin tonkatsu sauce. Promise you wont be disappointed!

As always, It's not just gluten-free, it's good food!
