What a weekend…
It’s been one of the toughest weekends we’ve ever had. But thanks to a little luck, a lot of hard work, and the incredible people who stepped in to help, Curly’s is back OPEN today!
We can’t thank Rob Fisher and Rusty Baker enough for rolling up their sleeves and helping us get everything back in order. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.
If you’ve been thinking about stopping in, we’d really appreciate your support today. Every visit, every meal, and every kind word means more than you know.
And somehow, even with everything that happened this weekend, our kitchen still found time to create a couple of amazing specials!
🐷 The Hogfather
A toasted brioche bun stacked high with slow-braised pulled pork, shaved onion, creamy coleslaw, black pepper bacon, and crispy fried pickles. Finished with your choice of our Carolina Mop Sauce or Moonshine BBQ Sauce.
Add cheese for an additional charge!
🐟 Smoked Trout Dip
Oh yeah… we went there!
House-cured, applewood-smoked trout blended into a rich, creamy dip with cream cheese, sour cream, our house-made Boursin cheese, and a blend of seasonings. Served with crispy tortilla chips.
