🍽️ Sunday Dinner: Parmesan Pork Cutlet

We’re keeping it crispy and comforting this Sunday.

Thinly pounded pork cutlets, breaded with seasoned breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, then fried to golden perfection. Topped with a rich garlic cream sauce and served alongside crispy fried Brussels sprouts and warm garlic knots.

As always, we’ll start you out with your choice of soup or salad, and finish strong with a slice of our Italian cream cake.

Service starts at noon—come hungry.

It’s Tater Time 🔥

Sunday Dinner: Pollo Fundido

Well… here we go again. The BBQ joint has taken a hard left and landed squarely in Mexican comfort food territory — and somehow nobody’s mad about it.

Last time we ran this, it disappeared fast and came with a whole lot of “when are you bringing that back?” So… today’s the day.

Pollo Fundido is on deck: two crispy chicken chimichangas, fried up golden and stacked with a warm jalapeño cream cheese that melts right down into every bite, then finished with a generous pour of queso over the top. It’s messy, it’s indulgent, and it absolutely hits.

On the side, we’ve got red rice and refried beans to round things out. Dinner still comes with your choice of soup or salad, plus a drink and dessert — the full Sunday spread.

We kick things off at noon, and when it’s gone, it’s gone — so don’t wait too long.
