We will be OPEN ALL DAY TODAY, Saturday, from 11:00 AM–9:00 PM.
🎤 KARAOKE WILL BE FROM 6:00–9:00 PM. 🎤
And today is the day I never wanted to see come…
Today is our last day.
I woke up this morning and honestly, it feels like this entire week just disappeared. I kept thinking I had more time. More days. More meals to cook. More people to hug. More conversations to have. More memories to make.
But somehow, today is here.
And I’m not ready to say goodbye.
I’m just not. 💔
The Red Hot was never just a restaurant to me.
It became a home.
It became a place where people came in as strangers and left as friends. A place where birthdays were celebrated, hearts were broken, people laughed until they cried, and sometimes a simple meal was exactly what somebody needed that day.
There were days we wondered if we could keep the doors open… and somehow, we did.
There were days I was exhausted, discouraged, and ready to give up… and then one of you would walk through that door, smile, hug my neck, tell me how much you loved the food or how much this place meant to you—and somehow I found the strength to keep going.
You kept us going.
You may never know what your support meant to me.
Every plate you ordered.
Every birthday you celebrated here.
Every event you booked.
Every kind word.
Every prayer.
Every hug.
Every time you told someone about us.
I remember it all.
And tonight, when those doors close for the last time, I know there will be a piece of my heart left inside them.
I’m going to miss the noise.
I’m going to miss the kitchen.
I’m going to miss hearing the laughter.
I’m going to miss seeing familiar faces walk through the door.
But most of all…
I’m going to miss YOU. ❤️
So if you’ve ever loved the Red Hot, if you’ve ever called this place your home away from home, if you’ve ever sat at one of our tables and made a memory with us…
Please come see us today.
Come eat one more meal.
Come give us one more hug.
Come sing one more song.
Come laugh with us.
Come cry with us if you need to.
And when karaoke starts at 6, let’s fill this place with music and memories one last time. 🎤❤️
I don’t know exactly what tomorrow looks like.
I only know that I am incredibly grateful that you were part of this chapter of my life.
This may be our last day open…
but I refuse to believe it is the end of our story.
This isn’t goodbye.
It’s simply…
