ONE. MORE. DAY. COLLINSVILLE!!! 🩵💚🩷

01 DAY UNTIL WE GET TO SEE YOU!! 🥹

It’s hard to believe that when we took this picture, we were standing on an empty piece of land, dreaming about what Collinsville Nutrition could become.

And now, here we are. Just ONE DAY away from opening the doors to something that, not too long ago, was just an idea, a vision, and a whole lot of faith.

We’ve spent months planning, building, making decisions, changing plans, figuring things out, and pouring so much of ourselves into making this happen. And tomorrow, we finally get to share it with YOU!

Because at the end of the day, this has never been just about opening another nutrition club.

It’s about becoming part of a community. Building relationships, learning your names, remembering your favorite orders, and creating a place where you genuinely feel welcome every time you walk through the doors.

We’re bringing everything you’ve come to know and love about to Collinsville, and we couldn’t be more excited to begin this new chapter!

TOMORROW IS THE DAY! 🎉

🎀 Ribbon Cutting | 9:00 AM
🥤 Grand Opening | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 9119 Collinsville Rd | Collinsville, MS

To everyone who has encouraged us, checked on our progress, shared our posts, or simply told us how excited you are for us to open, THANK YOU. You’ve already made us feel so welcomed, and we haven’t even opened our doors yet.

And to our Collinsville community, we hope you’re ready for a little caffeine, a whole lot of kindness, and some new friendships along the way.

From an empty lot to opening our doors… TOMORROW, WE GET TO SEE YOU! 🩵

Who’s coming to celebrate with us?! 👀👇🏼

TWO DAYS, COLLINSVILLE!!! 🩵💚🩷

Just TWO more days until we get to serve this community a little caffeine & a WHOLE LOT of kindness! 🥤

If there’s one thing we hope you’ll come to know about Collinsville Nutrition, it’s that we’re here for so much more than just making your favorite drinks.

When we started Line Thirty-Nine Nutrition, we built our business around a simple little motto: We Serve Kindness & Caffeine. And while we’ve grown, that part of who we are has never changed.

We believe in remembering your name, learning your favorite order, celebrating the little (and big) things, and making sure you leave feeling just as good about your visit as you do about the drink in your hand.

And now, we get to bring that same heart to Collinsville. 🩵

A new location, a new community, but the same commitment to quality, consistency, and making every single customer feel welcome.

TWO DAYS until Collinsville Nutrition opens its doors, and we seriously cannot wait!

📍 9119 Collinsville Rd | Collinsville, MS

THREE DAYS UNTIL WE INTRODUCE COLLINSVILLE TO OUR MYSTERY TEAS! 👀🩷🥤

And for everyone who’s been asking… YES! The Mystery Teas are coming to Collinsville Nutrition!

If you’re familiar with our sister location, Line Thirty-Nine Nutrition , you already know these have become a pretty big deal around here!

Since February, we’ve had SO much fun creating a brand-new Mystery Tea each month, each with its own name, personality, and flavor combination. It’s become one of our favorite things to do, and it’s even earned Line Thirty-Nine the title of Home of the Mystery Tea!

But here’s what makes them a mystery… 🤫

The exact recipe? UNDER LOCK & KEY! 🔐

While we keep the exact flavors a secret, our team is always happy to give you a flavor profile so you know what kind of sweetness, tartness, or candy-inspired goodness to expect!

And of course, we can’t forget the CLOUD! ☁️

Each Mystery Tea comes topped with one of our signature Cloud toppings, and trust us, it’s part of what makes these teas so special!

Wondering which Mystery Teas are pictured?! Let’s introduce you!

👻 GHOSTED: Our October Mystery Tea, topped with our signature Cotton Candy Cloud!

📚 SCHOOL DAYS: Our August Mystery Tea, featuring our Banana Cloud!

🗽 LADY LIBERTY: Our record-breaking fan favorite, topped with Cotton Candy Cloud!

And for our Cloud lovers, we also offer Original and Cheesecake Cloud options!

Here’s the best part: Moving forward, when a new Mystery Tea launches, it’ll launch at BOTH Line Thirty-Nine and Collinsville Nutrition! Same mystery, same excitement, two locations to enjoy it!

We have loved getting to create these for our Line Thirty-Nine family, and now we get to share that tradition with an entirely new community. 🩵

THREE DAYS, COLLINSVILLE! We cannot wait for you to experience your first Mystery Tea!

📍 9119 Collinsville Rd | Collinsville, MS

WE’RE GETTING CLOSER, COLLINSVILLE. 🩵

It’s been a little while since we’ve shared a building update, and SO much has been happening behind the scenes.

Plumbing ✅
Electricity ✅
Stairs going in ✅
Sheetrock going up ✅

And next?! PAINT + FLOORING… and then we start MOVING IN. 😭

That honestly feels crazy to even type.

We are so excited, so grateful, and counting down the days until we finally get to open these doors and officially become part of the Collinsville community. We cannot wait to serve you, get to know your families, learn your favorite drinks, and make this little place feel like home.

You may even catch us around the building painting and working over the next few days, so if you see us, don’t be afraid to say hi. 🩵 We’d love to meet you before opening day!

Every little piece is coming together, and we are getting closer and closer.

Collinsville Nutrition is coming soon. We can’t wait to see you! ✨

08/27/2026

Tonight 🩵

We can’t wait to see you!

There are some parts of building Collinsville Nutrition that we know we’ll remember long after the construction dust is gone. And we have a feeling tomorrow evening will be one of them.

Before the sheetrock goes up, we want to spend an evening doing something that has been on our hearts from the beginning…dedicating this place back to the Lord.

We have always believed that what the Lord gives us is ultimately His.

Line Thirty-Nine Nutrition has never felt like something we built by ourselves. The Lord has been far too faithful for us to ever take that credit, and He has used our team, our customers, our family, and our community in ways we never could have planned on our own.

So as we step into this next chapter, it only feels right that this moment includes you, too.

Tomorrow, Thursday, August 27th from 5:30–6:30 PM, we’ll be at Collinsville Nutrition for our Building Dedication, and we would love for you to stop by.

We’ll be praying over the building and inviting you to write your favorite Scripture, a prayer, or a blessing on the studs and walls before they’re covered.

There’s no formal start time and no need to stay the whole hour… come and go as you’re able. Write something on the walls, pray with us, walk through the space, or simply stop by and say hello.

And if you’re part of the Collinsville community and we haven’t had the chance to meet you yet, we would especially love that opportunity. Come introduce yourself, meet our family, and let us personally thank you for welcoming us into your community.

We know this is a little more last-minute than we would normally like to be, but we just got the okay to have this small window before the next phase of construction begins, and we didn’t want to miss the chance to invite you into it.

Before we do anything here, we want to give this place back to the One who gave it to us.

And before we formally begin building the inside, we want to cover these walls in prayers and Scripture from the people who have helped us build Line Thirty-Nine and who are already helping us build Collinsville Nutrition.

We can’t wait to see you. 🩵
