New whiskey releases to celebrate Father’s Day, the Great Race and Route 66 Centennial.

6yr+ 100 proof Illinois Straight Bourbon
Made with Illinois grown Red Corn, wheat and rye. Layers of flavors, cherry, stone fruit and to***co, fruit bomb on the nose with some spice on the finish. Smooth and balanced from start to finish. $66

That barrel was spectacular…bourbon went into the barrel in April 2020 at 115 proof and came out at 132.2 (66.1% ABV)! Had to bottle a few at cask strength…these are extra special but only 10 available for sale. $100

So what's for sale?

Adding some color to the recent news article since I missed the text from a reporter while driving yesterday.

For a variety of reasons it is rare for commercial property, strip malls, restaurants, etc to be owned by the businesses occupying them. It is common for these investments to change hands over time and generally the only impact to the businesses is who they pay rent to.

Our goal has always been to build a craft beverage brand the entire region can be proud of but we have distracted ourselves with restaurant operations and investing in improvements to the property to make it a destination class venue. While we are proud of the improvements we have made, it is time for us to focus on our primary goal of beverage production and distribution.

Now that we have found a great partner in The PressHouse for restaurant and event operations, it is time we turn that focus on beverage production and distribution. We engaged with Barber Murphy Commercial Real Estate to help find a real estate investor that will provide us with a long-term lease of the beverage production space along with support of the leases for the PressHouse and other businesses as well.

We hope to continue welcoming guests from around the country and the world to our brewery/distillery/restaurant/event spaces and hopefully have fuel to expand our brand presence through this renewed focus.
