Facebook reminded me of this photo from 14 years ago today, and it hit me right in the feels.

That’s me on the grill, my niece Taylor beside me, and on the fryer is John’s dad. Back then it was just another busy lunch rush. We had no idea it would become a memory we’d treasure years later.

John’s dad passed away a few years ago, and seeing him in this picture brought back a flood of memories. He was one of those people who could work hard, make you laugh, and somehow keep everything moving even when things got crazy.

Looking at this photo now, I can’t help but smile. So much has changed over the years, but some things haven’t. We’re still cooking, still serving our community, and still making memories with our family.

Hold on to the pictures. Take the photos. Spend the extra few minutes with the people you love. One day you’ll look back and realize what felt like an ordinary day was actually one of the good old days. I can still hear 99.5 playing in the background and him singing away.

We’re rolling into Skiatook today and set up at Walmart! Come see us for lunch, dinner, or whenever that cheesesteak craving hits.

And before anyone asks… no, we’re not at Hogs & Hot Rods today. Another vendor that serves cheesesteaks signed up before we did, so we’re cheering them on and letting them have their spot.

The good news? You don’t have to hunt us down—we’ll be right here at Walmart serving up all your Philly’s & Co. favorites!

🌧️☔ Yes, we’re open today! ☔🌧️

The rain may be coming down in buckets, but Philly’s & Co. is still serving up hot food and warm smiles! We’ll stay open unless lightning gets too close for comfort.

We will be closed Sunday and Monday as usual, but we will also be closed Tuesday and Wednesday while we travel for Aidan’s neurological appointments.

It’s nasty, rainy, and gloomy outside… but apparently even Quackles knew today was a cheesesteak kind of day 🤣

We’re here until 2 for lunch and back tonight from 5-7!

You can call or text your orders from the car and we’ll bring them out to you because let’s be honest… nobody wants to get out in this weather.

You can also order through DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, or straight from our website if you’d rather stay home and let somebody else brave the rain for you!

Reminder for tonight — we are located at Faith Fellowship Church!

That’s just about 1.5ish miles down the road toward Collinsville and right up over the railroad tracks, so you can pick up your orders there tonight with no problem.

We’ll be there serving up deliciousness from 5-8 tonight!

This is one crazy week with graduations, ball games, and of course it wouldn’t be Memorial Weekend without the possibility of storms all week long 🤣
