🚚 Online ordering is temporarily paused until our truck gets here. At the moment, we only have chicken available, but we’ll get everything updated as soon as our delivery arrives.

Please bear with us this morning. Yesterday’s heat caught up with us. Eric is down today from working in it, and Aidan has been down the last couple of days because of it as well. We’re doing our best to keep everything running, so we really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Reminder: We will NOT be at home for dinner tonight. We’ll be serving at Guthrie Green this evening, so if you’re downtown, come see us!

Yeah… no. We don’t use IHOP wrappers. 🤣
That’s Pardon My Cheesesteak, the ghost kitchen inside the IHOP on the other end of Garnett. The closest we’ve ever gotten to IHOP was making mini pancakes for a breakfast event. That’s where our breakfast career began… and ended. 😂

We’ve got a fun week ahead, and we can’t wait to see you!

A quick heads-up: We’ll be doing some much needed maintenance and a little rearranging inside the trailer on Wednesday and Thursday. If things look a little chaotic, that’s why! We’re making a few improvements to better serve you, so thank you for your patience while we get everything knocked out.

🎨 Friday Night: We’ll be at Guthrie Green from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM for the August First Friday Art Crawl & Record Club! If you’re planning to be downtown checking out the local artists, vendors, dance battles, and music, stop by and grab a Philly while you’re there!

We know many of you look forward to Friday nights at home, so we’re sorry we’ll miss you this week. We hope you’ll come see us downtown, and we’ll be back home for dinner next week!

Well… I know it’s only Sunday but can we just call for a do over on this week already?

Between the heat and a million things happening in life lately, I feel like I’ve been running in circles. I even managed to completely miss an important event tonight, and I feel absolutely terrible about it. If I let you down, I’m truly sorry.

We also have to cancel our visit to Chelsea on Tuesday due to circumstances that were completely beyond our control. We were really looking forward to being there, and we hate having to change plans.

The good news? We’ll be home for the majority of the week, and we’re looking forward to seeing all of you! ❤️

I’ll get our full schedule posted as soon as I can get everything finalized. Thank you all for your patience, your understanding, and for always supporting us even on the weeks when life keeps us on our toes.

Although you guys have definitely made today worth our while, we’ve had all we can take of this crazy Oklahoma heat! 🥵 We’re officially burned out, so we’re going to close a little early this evening.

We’ll be back tomorrow from 12:00–6:00 PM, and the weather is supposed to be absolutely perfect! ☀️

It always gets a little slower when it’s 200° outside. Okay, maybe not quite 200°, but it sure feels like it! 🤣 We just wanted to say THANK YOU! ❤️

You all have absolutely shown up and shown out for us the last two days, and we can’t tell you how much we appreciate it!
Because of you, we’re officially out of steak for the evening!

No worries though we’ll be restocked and ready to roll tomorrow!
