The beginning … 5 years ago.. I would have never imagined having a business of my own.. and technically 6 months prior to that 5 years I had started what I call a “pop up Energy Tea/Meal Replacement Shop”.. that lasted 6 months. Summer hit, I lost my traffic flow, and decisions had to be made to survive. So that’s when Caroline’s Cafe was created!
That first 6 months was hard and that spring I told Charlie if business didn’t turn around we would close the doors.. and slowly business started going in the right direction!
Now 5 years later business still has its slow seasons and we do what we can to adjust. But my small local business employees myself and few others! So I think we do alright!

It’s still a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Makes me question my sanity sometimes but I enjoy it and love the relationships and what I’ve built over the years!

So thank you to each and every one of you that have supported me through the years whether you’re a daily patron or just every now and then! You’re very much appreciated! ♥️

To my family and friends that are part of the backbone, there will never be enough thank you’s and I love you’s because God knows I couldn’t and still can’t do it without you! ♥️
