Thank you to everyone that showed up today at the Fire and Table event in Gainesville. It was so wonderful meeting so many of you. For those who were there, they got to taste our amazing Thor’s Hammer shank roast!! It was divine!! We also sampled our home cured beef bacon which was also amazing. Thanks for buying us out of those items today!

For those who are wishing you could’ve sampled it too here’s what you can do:
1. Buy a package of our stew meat, or any of our roasts
2. Season it with our Roast Rub Spice
3. Sear it in some of our cooking Tallow.
4. Cook it according to the recipe I will place in the store
5. Now you can have some yumminess too!!

This meat is great as a typical roast, served over mashed potatoes or made into shredded beef tacos, enchiladas, or taquitos, made into sandwiches…. So many options!!

Thank you for all the thought and intention that went into pulling the Farm community of small business owners together who are all like-minded and have similar goals. Seldom do we have the chance to gather for the community to really understand what it takes to provide locally grown and sourced food and goods. You are appreciated!
