Our company is family owned and operated. The idea started to roll into our heads when we came across a video of Thailand street vendors making ice cream on YouTube. What a great and unique idea for ice cream, only if there was something like that in the great State of New Jersey. So that idea brewed in our heads and we finally decided that it was time to open up shop! Our version of Thai Rolled Ice Cream, combines the freshest ingredients. Arctics proprietary base that features no preservatives, artificial colorings or flavorings; and our -25 degree Arctic Pan to create the best ice cream around.
