🚨 Schedule Change 🚨

With the rain and storms expected to move in later today, we're moving from this afternoon to TOMORROW (Sunday) at 5:00 PM.

I don't want everyone having to stand out in the rain. Knowing my luck, me moving it probably means it won't even rain! 😂 But tomorrow has a much lower chance of rain, if any.

Also, when I shredded the pork butts today, they turned out much fattier than I'm willing to serve. That being said, I'm headed out to pick up some better pork butts to smoke fresh for tomorrow. We take pride in putting out the best product possible, and I'm not going to serve something that doesn't meet our standards.

Everything happens for a reason.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I truly appreciate everyone's understanding. We hope to see y'all tomorrow at 5:00 PM! 🍖🔥

Well, it looks like Collierville codes and regulations aren’t playing any games. No setting up on private property and selling to the public.

Rules are rules, and we’ll respect that.

This Saturday, we’ll be serving out in Piperton at Sky Nails, 1235 TN Hwy 57, right at the corner of Hwy 57 and Hwy 196. We’re aiming to start around 5:00–6:00 PM, depending on how the rain moves in and out.

We’re also switching things up and trying some new things on the menu this weekend. No ribs this time around. Instead, we’ll have sliders with multiple options to choose from, along with our loaded nachos, sandwiches, and a couple of sides.

So while one door stays shut, another one swings wide open just down the road. Same food, same crew, same smoke… just across the county line.

Support local, even if local decides to move you 10 minutes away. See y’all Saturday in Piperton!
