New Zealand Pilsner
Dry Hopped Pilsner, 5%

Even though this beer is bright, dry, and refreshing, a strong malty backbone dances around the edges, resulting from a single decoction of all Pilsner malt. After a long and cool fermentation under pressure with our House Lager Yeast, we dry-hopped this this beauty with Motueka straight from the land of the Kiwis.

Our good friend gave our Good Game Wheat Ale a fresh coat of paint just in time to enjoy your favorite outdoor activity out in the sunshine.

Available in cans for now, and as soon as we make some room, you'll be able to grab a fresh pour on tap.

Recreational Wheat Ale, 4%

Brewed with a large helping of malted wheat and hopped with Saaz and Cascade then fermented with our favorite British yeast, served with an orange smile. Now that the rain has just stopped falling the sun can poke through the clouds on the horizon as it rises for its daily bathing of our photosynthesizing friends, slowly bringing up the temperature so that freeform sandwich loaves can fully proof. As nascent young citrus fruit slowly ripens and cedar buds push forth a salt plane shining pink blinds you momentarily

Lemon Pepper Wings: Brined and fried wings tossed in lemon pepper butter and served with jalapeno ranch

Pork Chop Milanese:
Butterflied and panko fried bone-in Duroc pork chop. Served with mixed greens, red onion, and tomato dressed in lemon vinaigrette and finished with shaved parmesean and balsamic glaze.

Grilled Halibut:
Grilled Alaskan halibut served over roasted fi*****ng potatoes with sautéed green beans. Finished with a lemon-herb beurre blanc.

Dry Hopped Pilsner, 5.2%

A truly Cascadian hop profile with Chinook and Centennial that melds perfectly with a crispy and clean Pilsner. This beauty was fermented with our Czech lager strain cold and slow before beinf dry hopped, resulting in a wonderfully layered and balanced beer.

The weekend is here, and so are our weekend specials.

Smoked Wings:
House smoked chicken wings, fried and tossed in a sweet chili-hot sauce. Served with ranch.

Chicken Florentine:
Flour dredged boneless chicken breast baked with sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers and provolone cheese. Served over garlic-parmesan mashed potatoes and finished with a roasted garlic fondue.

Pan Seared Sea Scallops:
Pan seared sea scallops served over asparagus risotto. Topped with roasted asparagus tips, grated parmigiana reggiano, and chili oil.

We're so excited to get to debut our latest collaboration.

CBC is always a great opportunity to bring different parts of the brewing world together, and we were lucky enough to do that with our friends from Love City Brewing, Yakima Quality Hops, and Seamless Flooring Systems.

We've been wanting to brew with the Love City Brewing Company crew for a good long while, and we're so glad we were able to get together with Kevin and Hannah to bring this beer to you all.

Endless Sky
Grisette, 4%

Brewed with Pilsner, Rye, and Spelt malt from Rabbit Hill Farms in New Jersey, a favorite Saison yeast, and Elani and Saphir hops from . Endless Sky has notes of pumpernickel bread, sun-drenched fields, a fruity floral hop presence, ans a snappy zing.
