Ever tried Monsoon Malabar? ☕️

This single-origin coffee from India gets its name from a unique processing method inspired by the monsoon winds of the Malabar Coast. The beans are exposed to humid air, which changes their color, lowers their acidity, and creates a distinctly rich, heavy-bodied cup.

Ours has notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and to***co — and it’s currently featured in our sample pot if you want to give it a try before taking home a bag. 🤎
