Selling out of something can rarely happen, but when a major item sells out in the middle of the shift, that can be a disasater. This happened once before years ago and that didn’t go over so well. Since the Potato Bites are something we make from scratch, we have to have more than enough for the week.

I recorded the entire process with my staff and after talking to my Operations Manager, we realized we can’t share this. The Potato Bites are something we worked so hard on and loved by so many people, so I pulled all the footage of it. #86

How I made a custom stamp for our “baby” bags at Mess. I got into woodworking at a young age, but I have a bad habit of not finishing projects. That’s why I love one day projects because of that instant gratification of finishing something. My staff weren’t sure about the curved design and it took some getting used to but it works really well

We catered our first tournament ever at Legends for the Adidas Boys Basketball Tournament. But how do we keep getting so many cool opportunities? Well, it’s the video you’re watching right now. People didn’t know what to expect from our caterings or how much we care for the quality until we actually showed them. Word of mouth is truly an amazing thing!

You never really know what maintenance on equipment looks like until you find out the hard way. I called in an equipment repair person years ago for the same reason. Good thing I stuck around because he told me exactly how to clean it myself, and it is so easy! Some things you can’t control cost-wise but this way you can save on maintenance and direclty help out the bottom line.

How we ordered 69 boxes of cups, boxes, & bags from China. For the longest time, I thought branded disposables were only for large chains. I looked around for pricing multiple times, but kept looking in the wrong places. The pricing, quality, and ordering process of Fusenpack really just blew me away
