This was one of the first photos we shared when we introduced ourselves on social media in 2020, me and my insanely beautiful wife Amy! Boy so much has changed since then and not just the blonde Mohawk!
We have put so much pressure on ourselves to make our current location work. To adapt we began scaling back our meal prep operation and reducing our hours to make the slowing of business more manageable. Unfortunately this has just caused a lot of confusion on pickup times and retail hours.
We have heard so much disappointment from our customers not being able to make it to us during our designated pickup times and limited menu. For this reason amongst many others, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close down our meal prep operation entirely, effective immediately.
This isn’t goodbye forever, but it is goodbye. We hope to pick back up when we are able to operate more conveniently for all of you. In the mean time, this eliminates the question of whether or not your favorite meal will return, or if we are open to stop by. We need to operate as a full time operation and we simply can’t where we are right now. There just hasn’t been enough people walking through the door here in a very long time.
Our mission has always been to serve you guys, if we can’t do it properly then we’ll return once we can.
If you still wish to support us, our catering division will remain in full operation. Some of you already know we specialize in institutional nutrition, lunch box meals, corporate and church catering to name a few. Over the next few weeks we will share our full catering menu and share on our website.
During the next several months we hope to have better news for our meal prep operation. We hope to make a full return to where it all started and continue the pursuit of changing lives. Whether it’s through nutrition, convenience or our quality ingredients, we plan to return.
We are putting our full trust in Jesus. To guide us and put us exactly where He wants us.
