Hello everyone, we are excited to be back!

For those of you who may not know us, we are the Alvarado Family. We began Heatups in 2019 in pursuit of sharing our nourishing, high protein meal prep to the world. After establishing ourselves as a local brand, we expanded and began sharing our meals across every state in the US! We recently closed to restructure and potentially relocate.

Not a day has passed since we announced our closure that someone hasn’t reached out asking when we’ll return. While we are still planning for a new retail location in the future, we have decided to eliminate the wait!

We have made some improvements to our operation, we added free local delivery, $25 nationwide shipping and will be expanding our menu again. Meals will only be sold in bundles but when we reopen our store front again, we will make the announcement here. Our store hours will be expanded and so will pickup times.

We look forward to seeing everyone again!

We will continue to honor our commitment to only improve and serve you the best we can!

This was one of the first photos we shared when we introduced ourselves on social media in 2020, me and my insanely beautiful wife Amy! Boy so much has changed since then and not just the blonde Mohawk!

We have put so much pressure on ourselves to make our current location work. To adapt we began scaling back our meal prep operation and reducing our hours to make the slowing of business more manageable. Unfortunately this has just caused a lot of confusion on pickup times and retail hours.

We have heard so much disappointment from our customers not being able to make it to us during our designated pickup times and limited menu. For this reason amongst many others, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close down our meal prep operation entirely, effective immediately.

This isn’t goodbye forever, but it is goodbye. We hope to pick back up when we are able to operate more conveniently for all of you. In the mean time, this eliminates the question of whether or not your favorite meal will return, or if we are open to stop by. We need to operate as a full time operation and we simply can’t where we are right now. There just hasn’t been enough people walking through the door here in a very long time.

Our mission has always been to serve you guys, if we can’t do it properly then we’ll return once we can.

If you still wish to support us, our catering division will remain in full operation. Some of you already know we specialize in institutional nutrition, lunch box meals, corporate and church catering to name a few. Over the next few weeks we will share our full catering menu and share on our website.

During the next several months we hope to have better news for our meal prep operation. We hope to make a full return to where it all started and continue the pursuit of changing lives. Whether it’s through nutrition, convenience or our quality ingredients, we plan to return.

We are putting our full trust in Jesus. To guide us and put us exactly where He wants us.

Our menu is now open for ordering.

We may not currently have a ton of options, or wacky content but we do have the best meal prep in town. Our food is always cooked fresh, every high quality ingredient, right here in College Station, Texas. You will never find us using highly processed proteins, or prepping frozen ingredients like the other guys. That’s just the harsh truth.

Since we first opened in 2019 we had a mission to serve our community the same meals that truly helped us turn our lives around.. When you support Heatups, you support local, actually local.

Now we have scaled back, limited menu and pickup window. We will return at full steam once we’ve determined the best way to get our meals to yall. Maybe it’s a new location, perhaps a mobile meal prep van, we shall see. In the meantime time, we are still here serving you the best we can. We hope everyone has a truly blessed weekend!
