Happy New Year , Looking for 5 people to fill up our January 20th BBQ BRISKET CLASS . $150 includes a 10-12 lb brisket that you will learn to trim and season . This class will be from 7 am to 11am . You will not be cooking in this class but taking what you learned and cooking at home . This class is at 12550 Hwy 30 college station .
