Keep watching for a look at our Veal Chop al Forno (WOW WOW WOW) Here we feature a magnificent 14–16 oz. center-cut, bone-in veal chop that is grilled to perfection and crowned with creamy dolce Gorgonzola. It is then finished with sweet caramelized red onions, a savory medley of portobello, shiitake, and button mushrooms along with a rich balsamic reduction that is then served on a bed of mashed potatoes. Absolute perfection and an absolute must try!
