In the past 2 months I’ve eaten my way from Mexico, through New Orleans, the rest of the South, Philly, Amish country, (And yes, yes… I said that)Jersey and NYC on an epic retraining of my food vocabulary.

When I’m finished people will see what I’ve learned and it won’t be like things they’ve had before.
